Assembler Entry Level 1st

We are looking for dependable Production Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team. We have multiple shifts available and are looking to hire as soon as possible. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career! *Shifts *- 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30 pm *Key Responsibilities* * Assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical device components following detailed work instructions and standardized procedures. * Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision. * Perform routine manufacturing tasks while maintaining quality and production standards. * Follow written procedures, work instructions, and verbal directions accurately. * Maintain complete and accurate manufacturing documentation and production records. * Ensure all products remain traceable and compliant with quality requirements. * Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software for documentation and production tracking. * Identify and communicate production issues, quality concerns, and process improvements. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. *Qualifications* * High School Diploma or GED and able to work in the US with no sponsorship Collaborative is an Equal Opportunity Employer. _*Thank you for taking the time to read through this job posting.
