Descripción del Trabajo / Job DescriptionMON-2604-170SITE SUPERINTENDENTSAN ANTONIO, TXPosition Overview:A Growing Engineering and Manufacturing Organization is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day field and site execution for the manufacturing and installation of custom generator enclosures and engineered power systems. This role is highly hands-on and places full responsibility for site operations, crew coordination, safety, quality, and schedule execution on the Superintendent.The Site Superintendent plays a critical role in delivering mission-critical projects for data centers, utilities, and other essential facilities where reliability is non-negotiable. This position offers significant autonomy and visibility, with direct impact on project success and operational performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage day-to-day site and field operations for custom generator enclosures and engineered power systemsCoordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient executionPlan, manage, and maintain project schedules to meet delivery milestonesEnsure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulationsServe as the on-site leader, resolving real-time challenges and technical issues as they ariseCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Manufacturing teams to align execution with project plansMonitor productivity, quality, and workmanship to ensure high standards are consistently metEnsure proper interpretation and execution of drawings, specifications, and technical documentationMaintain clear communication between field teams, management, and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve site efficiency, workflow, and execution processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives across field operations and manufacturing executionRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Site Supervisor, or similar leadership roleStrong background in industrial construction, manufacturing, or power generation environmentsProven ability to lead crews and manage on-site execution independentlyExperience coordinating schedules, manpower, and resources in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of safety practices, quality standards, and site operationsAbility to read and interpret drawings and technical documentationExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on-site in the San Antonio, TX areaPreferred Qualifications:Experience with generator enclosures, power generation equipment, or engineered systemsBackground in industrial manufacturing, construction, or mission-critical facilitiesExperience working closely with engineering and project management teamsCompensation & Benefits:Base salary range of $90,000-$100,000, flexible based on experience and industry knowledgeBonus or commission potentialComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insuranceIRA retirement plan with company matchUnlimited PTORelocation assistance negotiableWork Environment:On-site role in the San Antonio, TX area (Seguin, Von Ormy, and Pleasanton locations)Full-time, direct-hire positionTransparent, family-oriented company culture with no micromanagementFast-growing manufacturing environment focused on execution and innovationWhy This Opportunity:
