The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing AI-driven initiatives, working closely with Information Services, Line of Business, and Go-To-Market teams, and ensuring a strong ROI-driven approach.Responsibilities:Develop and execute AI and automation centered workflow improvements to enhance business efficiency and innovationOrganize, monitor, and lead AI deployment efforts across internal teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and Learning & Development to drive AI adoption across the firmOwn, deliver, and track effectiveness of AI-driven business initiatives from ideation to implementationEvaluate and measure ROI on AI-driven projects and present insights to leadershipAnalyze business and customer needs to ensure AI solutions align with organizational goals, emerging industry trends, and customer demandsDrive AI adoption and education across the organization, fostering a data-driven cultureStay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI technologies to position the company to take full advantage of emerging tools, technologies, and processesQualifications:5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, automation or AI implementationExperience in management consulting is a plusKnowledge of AI technologies and innovations and AI-driven business modelsFamiliarity with data analysis, ROI measurement, and business intelligence toolsExperience working with cross-functional teams and within a matrixed environmentAbility to own, drive, and deliver AI initiatives with a strategic mindsetExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills:Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning applications, or business automation toolsProven expertise in and/or knowledge of AI technologies and innovationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess AI impact on business performanceWolf & Company, P.C. is committed to striving to be an employer of choice that embraces inclusion & diversity.
