We are at a pivotal inflection point and seeking a senior sales leader to help scale the business.The OpportunityThis is a high-impact leadership role with direct access to executive ownership. The Director of Sales will own company-wide revenue growth, define and execute go-to-market strategy, and lead expansion into new verticals and markets.This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on deal execution, working closely with estimating, preconstruction, and operations to ensure profitable growth.Key ObjectivesDrive $20M–$30M+ in annual awarded contracts Maintain a $30M–$50M+ qualified pipeline Establish Alpha Bravo as a preferred GC in industrial and data center construction Implement disciplined CRM, forecasting, and bid governance systems Build and lead a high-performance sales organization Core ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute company-wide growth strategy Establish revenue targets, KPIs, and forecasting discipline Build scalable sales infrastructure and processes Deal Origination & ClosingLead pursuit and closing of $5M–$25M+ projects Build executive-level relationships with developers, owners, and key stakeholders Partner on pricing, contracts, and negotiation strategy Market Expansion & Relationship DevelopmentDevelop referral networks with architects, engineers, brokers, lenders, and municipal stakeholders Pre-position the company ahead of RFP/RFQ opportunities Represent the company at industry events and strategic meetings Bid & Preconstruction OversightLead go/no-go decisions Ensure proposals align with win-rate and margin targets Collaborate closely with estimating and operations teams Sales Operations & Team LeadershipOwn CRM discipline and pipeline accuracy Recruit, coach, and manage Business Development team members Drive accountability and a high-performance culture Qualifications10+ years in construction sales, business development, or AEC leadership Proven success closing $3M–$25M+ commercial or industrial projects Experience building or leading sales teams preferred Strong knowledge of public and private procurement processes Experience in industrial, logistics, cold storage, or data centers highly desirable Executive presence with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Data-driven mindset with ownership of forecasts and performance metrics Entrepreneurial and performance-oriented mindset CompensationBase Salary: Up to $200,000 (Depending on Experience) Commission: Up to 2% of total contract value (uncapped) Milestone Bonuses: $10,000 at $10M awarded $25,000 at $25M awarded Accelerators beyond thresholds Leadership Overrides & Performance Incentives On-Target Earnings: $250,000–$350,000+ with significant upside for top performersWhy Join Alpha Bravo?Direct access to executive leadership Authority to shape strategy, team, and infrastructure Uncapped earning potential tied directly to impact A company positioned for aggressive, disciplined growth Apply / Confidential InquiryIf you are a growth-oriented sales leader ready to build and scale a meaningful revenue engine, we welcome a confidential conversation.
