The company operates a 14,000 sq ft facility, including 9,000 sq ft of manufacturing space and a 4,000 sq ft Class 10,000 cleanroom (ISO 7), equipped with state-of-the-art electrical and reliability testing systems. Position Summary: The Test Engineer III will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of semiconductor products. This position involves developing and executing test plans, analyzing test data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product reliability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in semiconductor testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor testing. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proficiency with Automated Test Equipment including Advantest and/or Teradyne systems. Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and testing methodologies. Experience with test software development and scripting languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java). Expertise in CAD system schematic and layout (routing). Familiarity with industry-standard equipment such as Probers, Handlers.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, procedures, and test cases for semiconductor devices. Design and optimize automated test setups and test scripts to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Conduct detailed analysis of test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to define test requirements and specifications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality guidelines. Provide technical support for production testing and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing. Prepare comprehensive test reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
