Job Title: Executive AssistantLocation: (Hybrid – Addison, TX) | Hybrid (Minimum 2 days/week onsite)Durations: 2 Month with contract to hireWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support 2–3 Vice Presidents within a dynamic and fast-paced business organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts and optimizing schedules.Prioritize and manage executive communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-through.Prepare, organize, and maintain presentations, reports, and confidential documents with a high level of accuracy.Track action items, commitments, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics.Manage expense reports and support budget-related activities.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while serving as a trusted point of contact.Utilize AI-powered tools and technology to improve workflows, productivity, and decision-making.Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.Provide in-office support, coordinate meetings/events, and assist with team coverage as needed.Required Qualifications5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders or executives.Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and executive communications.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Proficiency with MS Office Suite, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled productivity applications.Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and adapt to changing priorities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.Technology-savvy with a passion for process improvement and innovation.Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
