You’ll work alongside your team to keep jobs moving, solve problems in real time, and deliver high-quality results. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on. You’ll take ownership in the field, build your leadership skills, and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Perform and lead installation work (doors, hardware, glazing, framing, concrete, and finish work)Keep projects on track by organizing daily tasks and maintaining job site flowSupport and guide technicians and apprentices in the fieldCommunicate with team members, subcontractors, and other tradesIdentify and resolve issues quickly to maintain quality and timelinesMaintain a clean, safe, and job-ready work environmentTrack job progress, materials, and updates using internal systemsWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years of construction experienceStrong working knowledge across multiple scopes (doors, framing, glazing, etc.)Experience leading or mentoring others on job sitesAbility to stay organized and keep work moving in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel (up to 50%) and support occasional after-hours workValid driver’s license Physical Requirements:Able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 60 lbs regularlyComfortable working at heights up to 60 feet, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and aerial liftsRegularly performs tasks involving squatting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, and reaching overheadCapable of moving and setting up ladders and materials without assistanceAbility to identify problems or potential issues in systems and respond appropriately under supervisionAbility to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and electrical hazards with appropriate PPEPowerTech is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in an inclusive and respectful workplace.
