As Senior Counsel, Infrastructure at FluidStack, you will be a key member of our growing Legal team, responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements critical to FluidStack's delivery of world-class AI infrastructure. Your work will span data center development and leasing, energy, and supply chain and procurement, among other areas. We are seeking a results-driven attorney capable of operating autonomously in a dynamic environment, partnering cross-functionally to drive transactions to completion, and serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders across the company. The opportunities to contribute and for professional growth are nearly limitless.Basic QualificationsJuris Doctorate degree or international equivalentActive license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction, with ability to meet admission requirements as needed8–12 years of sophisticated experience as a practicing attorney, with fluency in areas directly relevant to data center development, including leasing, energy, and supply chain and procurementDemonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with sophisticated counterparties, with a high degree of autonomy and a commercially pragmatic approachProven ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations and to anticipate and address complex legal and business issues with a solutions-oriented mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to earn the trust of business partners as a go-to legal and business advisorStrong ability to manage outside counsel across substantive disciplines with rigor and efficiencyPreferred QualificationsMix of law firm and in-house experienceIn-house experience at a data center developer or cloud companyPrivate practice experience in real estate or energyExperience leveraging AI tools to improve legal work product and efficiencySalary & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation package (salary + equity).Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.The salary range for this position is $350,000 - $500,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
