Apply today.Position SummaryThis role involves staying updated on industry shifts and company trainings, then effectively communicating and promoting these changes. You'll engage prospective clients through various channels, organize meetings, and leverage email campaigns to drive engagement and event attendance.Relationship-building is key, as you'll foster strong connections with partners, clients, and affiliates while identifying new leads and market opportunities. This role thrives on networking, creating a thriving sales ecosystem with affiliates, and understanding customer needs to drive growth.In this role you will be hunting for leads and expected to drive engagement to get meetings completed with our Sales Representatives.The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.Main DutiesLearn about industry changes, company and partner trainings and promote themArrange meetings and conference calls with prospective clients via LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Email, drop offs, and Calls (with and without automated dialer)Create and send email campaignsDrive marketing event attendanceBuild strong relationships with partners, clients and affiliatesIdentify and research potential qualified leads, new markets, and customer needsNetwork and build a successful sales ecosystem with affiliatesGoalsMeetings Booked6+ per weekActivity MetricsCalls: 400–600 per dayEmails: 300–1,000 per weekDrop-offs: 5–10 per monthIn-Person Events: 3–6 per quarterWhat You BringEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience1+ years of proven success in sales prospectingFamiliarity with sales activity metricsQualifications & Key SkillsLikes to win, competitive, and honestDriven and has grit necessary for outbound business developmentResults driven, self-motivated performerEffective communication and listening skillsAbility to use critical thinking to solve complex issuesAbility to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them to others at a high levelA positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced teamDedication to constant learning and improvementStrong negotiation understandingRobust presentation abilitiesTime management and planning skillsAbility to build rapportPersistence and determinationSalaryCompensation Range: $62,000 – $75,000The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
