We are Kronospan.Main duties and responsibilitiesThe purpose of the position is to manage all aspects of maintenance, installation, testing, and improvements/modifications of equipment, buildings, grounds, and utilities. To plan, implement and monitor facility maintenance programs to include construction and repair. To supervise facility staff and contractors in the performance of assigned tasks. To conduct technical analyses and studies to determine infrastructures, facility and physical plant needs. Confirm that work is performed in accordance with all applicable guidelines and established practices.RequirementsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Ability to work without direct supervision Ability to make thoughtful time management decisions independently. Ability to prioritize work, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and seek feedback from management. Discern between urgent and non-urgent issues and act accordingly to solve them.
