Principal AI Full Stack Engineer (Java | Python | React) | W2 | Richardson, TX | 5 Days Onsite

This is a full-time, on-site Principal AI Full Stack Engineer role based in Richardson, TX, offered on a W2 basis. The role involves architecting, designing, and building AI-enabled full stack applications using Java, Python, and React, with responsibility across front-end, back-end, and integration layers. The engineer will develop scalable microservices, APIs, and data pipelines, implement responsive user interfaces, and ensure code quality, security, and performance. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members. The role also includes evaluating new tools and frameworks, contributing to best practices and standards, and supporting deployment, monitoring, and optimization of production systems.QualificationsStrong back-end web development skills, including experience with Java, Python, APIs, and microservices.Front-end development skills with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.Software development and full-stack development skills across the SDLC, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.Experience designing and implementing AI/ML-driven features, integrating with data science models, and working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in enterprise-scale systems, strong problem-solving skills, and clear written and verbal communication.
