This role brings product thinking, a clear vision, and outcome-based prioritization to treat Mayo Clinic's internal automation and AI capabilities as products, with users, value metrics, and intentional roadmaps.Key Responsibilities:Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the IA Enablement portfolio of offerings.Treat the internal automation platform (UiPath stack, shared services, reusable agents) as a product with measurable user outcomes.Own the product experience for citizen developers, including tooling, documentation, support, and self-service.Define and prioritize reusable AI-enabled products (e.g., shared agents, accelerators, templates) that amplify delivery across pillars.Partner with the Senior Manager, Program Manager, and Senior BA on discovery, experimentation, and measurement.Translate user needs into prioritized backlogs and clear outcomes for engineering and enablement teams.Own the lifecycle of internal products, including sunset decisions, upgrades, and platform evolution.Evangelize product practice across pillars and build shared language around users, outcomes, and value.QualificationsBachelor's and 4 years' experience in a professional business environmentORA Bachelor's and 2 years working as a Product ManagerORA Master's degree.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or related field.7+ years of product management experience, ideally across multiple products or platforms.Proven ability to shape product strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.Experience owning internal platforms, developer experience products, or enablement offerings.Working knowledge of automation and AI concepts, including RPA, LLMs, and agentic solutions.Strong written and verbal communication; confident presenting to senior leaders.Experience running products in healthcare, academic medical centers, or large non-profits.Experience with UiPath, AI platforms, or developer tooling products.Familiarity with citizen developer programs and enablement economics.Demonstrated leadership skills with collaborative management approach; results oriented with proven ability to work on a diverse range of activities and projects simultaneously; sound business judgment; experience navigating an organization to manage products; ability to present work and influence senior level management; proven capability to proactively and urgently address problems and ...This position is a 100% remote work.
