This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of our main office, supporting multiple corporate entities and departments. You will gain hands-on experience through a variety of functions, including customer relations and sales support, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management. Prior experience in an office or accounting environment is preferred.Essential FunctionsIntercompany transactions, including project materials, tooling, and suppliesAttention to detail, as traceability is critical.Job costing, including tracking, reconciling, and reporting job-related costsContract administration support, including review, tracking, and invoicingSales and Use Tax filings for Idaho and Excise Tax filings for Washington for multiple corporate entitiesContribute to special projects as assigned, such as: Cost analysisAudit supportYear-end financialsKeeping minutes at board meetingsAssist all departments to provide coverage, achieving optimal work-life balance and office efficiency.Answer phone calls and emails, and direct as needed.Assist CEO when necessary.
