Primary tasks include report creation, managing company and claims data, creating and testing dashboards and external user portals, and troubleshooting software issues. This is a hybrid remote position requiring the ability to work independently.Remote position in the Western Region**Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesTechnology Development and Data Analytics (75%). Assimilate data and create various risk management reports using SQL. Assist Senior IT Analyst maintain management system. Help manage data in Pool system for accuracy. Assist in data migration and implementation. Troubleshoot internal user issues related to underwriting. Create and test dashboards and external user portals. Review content and coordinate updated information for several related websites. Perform website updates and evaluate code to ensure website is compatible. Learn and assist in the development and appropriate use of InsurTech technologies such as blockchain, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, robotic processing, and other automation being employed in our industry Client Service and Team Support (25%). Help clients with day-to-day requests and administration of sites-as-a-service programs. Assist in maintaining client database, mailing lists, and other information. Ensure quality control of outgoing communication. Participate in developed written processes and procedures. Assist with coverage renewals and proposals. Initiate coverage renewal processing updates. Data entry assisting in all coverage lines as needed. Insurance and/or Risk Management experience is a plus. Other duties as assigned.
