About the Role:-Multiple Openings 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm3rd Shift - Sunday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:00amThis position is located in Glenwillow, Ohio. Hourly Rates starting at $21.00 and up. Increase pay rate after 90 days. Plus Shift Differential Pay. Paid Weekly. We are seeking a highly skilled Operator to join our team in Glenwillow. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the extrusion machines to produce high-quality products. You will be expected to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues will be critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. Your work will directly impact the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent years of experienceExperience operating extrusion machines or similar equipmentAbility to read and interpret technical documents and schematicsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targetsBasic Computer SkillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience with Lean Manufacturing principlesFamiliarity with quality control processes and proceduresExperience with SAP or other inventory management systemsAbility to operate multiple machines and equipmentResponsibilities:Operate and maintain machines to produce high-quality productsFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environmentMonitor production process and troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arisePerform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processSkills:As a Operator you will use your technical skills and attention to detail to operate and maintain machines. You will need to be able to read and interpret technical documents and schematics, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and perform routine maintenance on machines. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes and meet production targets.
