Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician based in Oklahoma City, OK. Pay will be $50k-$100k depending on verifiable experience. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing field service to resolve mechanical faults, and ensuring the efficiency and functionality of customer systems. The role also involves providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with repairs and maintenance. Qualifications Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair for commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipmentProficiency in Troubleshooting equipment issues and diagnosing mechanical problemsExperience in Field Service, including on-site repair and preventative maintenance workEffective Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clientsAdditional qualifications that are beneficial include relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC, refrigeration, or related fields
