Job Title: Implementation & Technology ConsultantWork Location: Frederick County, MD (local to DMV)Availability: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET, Monday-FridayPublic-sector experience: Highlight state, local, or federal work prominently where applicable.Certification evidence: Attach copies of certifications and licenses, if applicable.Candidate strategy: Prioritize candidates who can demonstrate the required experience through specific projects, outcomes, technologies, and public-sector engagements.Role Summary: Assesses County technology needs, recommends solutions, and leads configuration, integration and rollout of enterprise platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct technology assessments, analyses of alternatives, and current/future-state recommendations.Lead solution implementation covering requirements, configuration, integration, testing support, cutover and user enablement.Configure and integrate enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, identity management, and cloud services.Produce architecture diagrams, implementation plans and technical documentation.Identify applicable regulations and standards and advise the County on obstacles and options.Required Qualifications / Must-Haves7+ years in IT consulting, solution implementation, or enterprise platform delivery.Hands-on implementation experience with at least one enterprise platform: ServiceNow, Salesforce, Okta, Microsoft 365/Azure, or AWS.Experience writing technical assessments and recommendations for executive audiences.Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-HavesTechnogen HRSA Okta or ServiceNow DME engagement experience.Infor CloudSuite/Infor Public Sector, Tyler Technologies, OpenGov, or Salesforce CRM.ServiceNow CSA/CIS, Salesforce, Okta, AWS/Azure, or ITIL certifications.
