Laundry Attendant, Full-Time Woods Cove Inn is searching for a full-time Laundry Attendant to join the team! The Laundry Attendant will be responsible for washing, drying and folding of the hotel linen.About Woods Cove Inn & Parable Hospitality: Perched above the Pacific in the heart of Laguna Beach, Woods Cove Inn is a soulful coastal retreatintimate, artful, and deeply connected to its surroundings. As part of Parable Hospitality, we believe hospitality is about more than service; it's about story, community, and creating moments that linger long after checkout.Essential functions and responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:Sort linens for washing.Check for stains and treat appropriately.Wash, dry, fold linen.Run linen and deliver as requested.Store linen in appropriate location.Maintain assigned work area in a clean and safe condition.Report any missing/found articles or damage to the housekeeping supervisor.Assist with room attendant duties as needed.Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.Health benefits, travel perks & more: Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, vacation and sick leave are offered with this position.
