We are currently looking for a After Hours Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to join our rapidly growing team on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Flexible times can be 9:30p-7:30am Duties/Responsibilities: Staffing healthcare professionals for daily and contract assignments Manage daily client orders with fellow team members Consult with clients to manage conflicts and deliver staffing solutions Personnel and schedule management for a national pool of external employees Match clinical skill sets with the needs of clients Clearly articulate the correspondence between all offices Assist with special sourcing or data entry projects Document all correspondence with clients and candidates Administer recruiting and direct mail campaigns Maintain company's core values Requirements 1year sales/customer service experience. Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to function in a fast- paced environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred Knowledge of the staffing and/or healthcare industry preferred Self-directed and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills Heavy Phone Experience required SHIFT: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 10:00pm - 8:00am or 9:30pm-7:30am OPTIONAL: Pick up additional hours/shifts on Thursdays or any day over the weekend.
