FAH is currently one of the fastest growing privately held homebuilders in the State of Texas with a presence in Greater Houston and San Antonio.Position SummaryThe San Antonio division Marketing Assistant will support the marketing efforts for the First America Homes communities and brand. This position will provide administrative support for lead generation and branding, onsite sales support, report generation, event coordination, as well as various other administrative duties. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Assistant will be to support various marketing programs and work with the inhouse marketing and graphics department on compelling and branded campaigns, events and promotions.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMarketing AdministrationAssist with the execution of various marketing efforts including model home appearance, traditional and digital advertising, events and promotionsAssist with collection of content for social media, eblasts and blog postsAssist with the set-up of new communitiesSupport marketing campaigns using approved templates and brand standardsGenerate, organize, and distribute marketing collateral for onsite community sales consultantsAssist in planning and executing community events and realtor outreach effortsAssist in providing onsite support for sales consultants during key events and promotionsSupport CRM training and help ensure consistent usage across the sales teamMaintain inventories for all promotional itemsCreate presentations for meetings and eventsCompile reports on marketing activities, traffic, and lead generation to help improve marketing strategiesVarious administrative duties in support of Marketing team CORE VALUESIntegrity: Do the right thing, always.
