Job Title: Powersports Assembly/Set Up TechnicianJob SummaryWe're looking for a detail-oriented Powersports Assembly Technician to assemble, prep, and inspect powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a high-energy team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble new power sports units according to manufacturer specifications and safety standardsPerform pre-delivery inspections (PDI)Adjust, align, and torque components to proper specificationsDiagnose and correct basic mechanical or assembly issuesTest units to ensure proper operation and performanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaDocument work completed and report any defects or issuesFollow all safety procedures and company policiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMechanical aptitude and experience working with toolsPrevious power sports, automotive, or small engine experience preferredAbility to read service manuals and assembly instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsValid driver's license (if required for moving units)Skills & CompetenciesMechanical and technical problem-solvingTime management and efficiencyTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicBasic electrical and fuel system knowledge (preferred)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionWork EnvironmentShop or warehouse settingExposure to noise, oils, fuels, and mechanical equipmentUse of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentCompensation & Benefits (optional section)Competitive hourly wage based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesEmployee discountsTraining and advancement opportunitiesBenefits package (medical, PTO, 401(k)
