Customer Service Representative

We recently partnered with Verizon and their new 5G product campaign, so our team is expanding rapidly. We are hiring and training a Verizon Customer Service Representative to manage the sales and customer accounts throughout Seattle and the surrounding boroughs. The Verizon Customer Service Representative will be the face of our company and the Verizon 5G product rollout therefore, they must withhold and maintain a professional demeanor. As the Verizon Customer Service Representative, you will be provided support from our training team and will be assigned to work with a more established Client Account Manager. The Verizon Customer Service Representative will be responsible for their assigned region and must collect data and strategize daily.
