Office Admin Support/Cleveland , OH, 3+ Months Contract

Switchboard OperatorTemporary position. Prior receptionist experience is applicable.Receives and responds to calls from customers, employees, and vendors calling into the general headquarters phone line.Responds to said calls by providing general information or transferring calls to appropriate individual/department using internal resources.Must work well in a team environment, be able to work quickly, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions internally and externally.Must be able to quickly adapt to changes and new information, and maintain all forms of communication, including e-mail.Switchboard hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.May handle confidential information.
