AWS infrastructure Cloud Engineer with Python

Overview In this role you will design and implement automated AWS infrastructure solutions to support enterprise workloads. You will work within a hybrid setup (Charlotte, NC or Malvern, PA) to deliver cloud provisioning, visualization tooling, and related automation for internal clients. You will translate technical requirements into code, develop and test artifacts, and contribute to release and configuration management. The role offers the opportunity to shape cloud infrastructure and automation practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable reporting and visualization initiatives. ResponsibilitiesDevelop automation scripts for AWS infrastructure provisioningProvision and administer Tableau and other visualization tools on cloud environmentsTranslate specifications into code for new or enhanced projectsWrite code, develop artifacts, test, and produce reportsApply software development practices to support automationParticipate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the lifecycleExplain technical considerations in meetings with internal clientsPerform systems analysis activitiesProvide release management, configuration management, and production support Key requirements5–8 years of AWS solutioning and infrastructure provisioningStrong AWS services experience: S3, Athena, EC2, ASG, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, IAM, SNSHands-on Python developmentShell and PowerShell scripting experienceExperience in release management and maintaining third-party solutions on AWSVendor engagement to provision and maintain commercial software in AWSExperience administering Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud is a plusOkta integration experience is a plusContainers/EKS/Kubernetes experience is a plusJira experienceGood communication skillsgood communication skillsAWS (S3, Athena, EC2, ASG, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, IAM, SNS)PythonShellPowerShellTableau Server / Tableau Cloud
