Profitable, lean, and systematic. We represent professional athletes (NBA, G-League, international) and elite college talent, and we need someone who can run the back end as sharply as our coaches run sets.The Role: We're looking for a basketball junkie who's organized to a fault. You'll be the operational backbone of our basketball division. Managing our client database, tracking the transfer portal, prepping scouting materials, and keeping our COO's workflow moving at the speed of the season. This isn't fetching coffee. This is sitting in on real client conversations, building real prospect boards, and learning the agency business from the inside.What You'll Actually DoClient database management: Maintain our CRM, update deal pipelines, track contract milestones and renewal windowsTransfer portal monitoring: Track entries, eligibility windows, and prospect movement in real timeScouting support: Pull Synergy clips, build prospect profiles, compile film and analytics packagesProspect board management: Maintain our HS and transfer boards across positions, classes, and marketsAdministrative ops: Calendar management, meeting prep, follow-up tracking, document organizationResearch projects: NCAA rule changes, NIL landscape shifts, FIBA/G-League pathway analysisYou Must HaveBasketball IQ: You know the difference between BPM and PER, understand NCAA eligibility, and can name 10 transfer portal entries off the top of your headOrganization fundamentals: You're the friend whose Google Drive is color-codedMicrosoft Office proficiency (Excel especially, pivot tables shouldn't scare you)Attention to detail bordering on obsessiveSelf-starter mentality: We tell you what needs to happen, not how to do every stepBonus Points ForExperience with Synergy, Cleaning the Glass, Basketball Reference, or similarCRM experience (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, anything)Understanding of NIL collectives and revenue sharingPrior sports ops, team manager, or front office experienceWhy This RoleDirect line to our COO.
