We're looking for a senior executive recruiter to join the Perform Search team in our Midtown Manhattan office, steps from Grand Central. This is an in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to do the best work of their career.In this role you'll lead retained searches for engineering and product leadership on behalf of the world's leading companies. You'll place critical Director, VP, and C-level talent and own the full search lifecycle from kickoff to close.We're looking for:Experience recruiting or working within engineering, product management, or technical leadership organizationsA strong track record of results, in work, school, sports, or whatever you're proud ofExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholdersConsultative instincts and the ability to operate as a true business partnerA natural relationship builder who collaborates well and earns trust quicklySomeone who balances strategic thinking with hands-on executionThe Role:Own executive searches end to end, from intake and scoping through offer and closeBuild and maintain deep talent networks across engineering and product disciplinesDevelop a sharp market point of view and bring it to every client conversationQualify candidates through structured interviews, competency assessment, and fit analysisManage client expectations through proactive communication, status updates, and issue resolutionTrack search progress and deliver clear, data-driven reporting throughout each engagement
