Program Director for Linguistic Validation

A company is looking for a Program Director for Linguistic Validation. Key Responsibilities Engages with customers as a senior operational leader and leads teams to execute defined solutions Analyzes performance metrics and collaborates with operations leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvement Oversees financial health of accounts and develops strategies for operational readiness and cost reduction Required Qualifications College/university degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Science, or related field 10-12 years of experience coordinating complex projects within the translation/localization industry, preferably in medical/pharmaceutical translations Minimum of eight years in customer service/account management, with at least five years in the translation industry Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience, with a minimum of six years in management PMP or PgMP Certification is a plus
