Job DescriptionWorkforce Management Analyst - Phlebotomy - Marlborough, MA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hybrid Position (Onsite required 3X per week)Pay range: $66,550 - $119,800 / yearSalary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Makes recommendations based on data that support business objectives.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis/reporting: Analyzes historical staffing data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement. Creates process maps, reports and dashboards to communicate findings and implement solutions.Forecasting Resource NeedsMonitors real time data including appointment utilization to ensure optimal PSC performance. Build plans to address gaps in staffing levels for optimal resource allocation. Partners with supervisor/manager to develop justification for additional staff based on patient volume and appointment demand.CollaborationBuilds strong relationships within patient services leadership team. Collaborate with leaders on scheduling strategies to optimize staffing resources and ensure employee satisfaction. Works closely with HR and training teams to reduce placement time of key resources.QualificationsRequired Work Experience: High School diploma or equivalent; associates degree.Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role.Project management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Expertise in data analysis toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail orientation with strong organizational abilitiesStrong collaboration and influencing skills.Preferred Work ExperienceExperience in workforce management, forecasting and/or analytical rolesPSC/IOP experience a plus.Physical And Mental RequirementsNAKnowledgeKnowledge of Six Sigma or Lean is beneficialSkillsStrong Analytical skillsAbility to prioritize, plan and organizeAdvanced skills in excel (graphs, pivot tables and understanding formulas)Proficient in Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, word, etc.)People Leader ResponsibilityIndividual contributor with ability to influence others.Travel RequiredEducationBachelor’s degree (Preferred)About The TeamQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.While we appreciate and value our staffing partners, we do not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies.
