Senior Manager, Premium Suite Sales

F1 LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - SR. MANAGER, PREMIUM SUITE SALES The Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix has rapidly become a world-class event in its first three years. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.As an experienced member of the Premium Sales team, you'll own a high-value pipeline, lead strategic sales efforts, and cultivate relationships with prestige and enterprise clients. This role is responsible for owning seven-figure revenue, shaping sales strategy, and representing LVGP at the highest levels of client engagement. LVGP is focused on growing the global brand within North America, and this team will contribute to this success by building strong customer relationships and driving sales.LVGP is seeking a commercially oriented, results driven individual to cultivate leads, manage a sales process and execute a strategy to close hospitality and general seating deals with both domestic and international customers. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Premium Sales.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Sell a full menu of ticket products for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX including, but not limited to premium suites, shared premium hospitality, and grandstand tickets.Build new prospects by consistently networking and actively making sales calls to new clientsProduce revenue via traditional and non-traditional methods including but not limited to cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person and virtual meetings, office visits, and networking.Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs including, but not limited to, outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, set meetings, and completed meetings.Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals as determined by the Sr. Director, Premium Sales.Provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and thorough responses for all inbound and outbound communication.Attend race week to ensure great customer service to all clients and fans.Assist the Ticket Sales & Service department in various duties as needed.SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:In addition to the performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company. The development of the racetrack and construction throughout the area has rejuvenated local roads and highways and contributed to economic development in the area through the creation of thousands of jobs.Attend sponsored and sales events within the local community.Assist with event planning and coordination of sales/services related events.Other tasks and duties assigned by Supervisor/Management.QUALIFICATIONS:The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.Minimum 5 years in B2B ticket and suite sales in sports and entertainment industry highly preferredDemonstrated success navigating and closing six figure deals with C-Level executivesProven track record of closing new six and seven figure, multi-year dealsExpert negotiator with the ability to conduct and lead sales presentationsExcellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills; Ability to influence diverse audiences ranging from executive leadership to frontline audiencesMust be flexible with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment with challenging demands and frequent changesAbility to always maintain a high level of confidentialityMust possess a professional demeanor and can interact with all levels of the organization and outside contactsProficient in Microsoft Office - specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookMust be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as the event calendar requiresQualified candidates must be able to work in the United StatesBachelor's degree from an accredited College or University requiredThis position requires this individual to be in-person at our Las Vegas, NV office
