The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and calibrating electronic equipment to support the fabrication, fitting, and assembly of products. This role involves working closely with engineers, production managers, technologists, and leads to assess and resolve equipment malfunctions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Decipher and interpret information from equipment manuals and schematics to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions. - Assist engineers, production managers, and other team members in evaluating the impact of equipment malfunctions on production processes. - Perform evaluations of new technologies with potential applications as new processes or modifications to existing equipment. - Support the fabrication, fitting, and assembly of products by ensuring all electronic equipment is functioning correctly. **Minimum Qualifications:** - **Experience:** 0-3 years of professional experience in a related field. - **Education:** Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. - **Skills:** Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals and schematics. Experience with electro-mechanical equipment maintenance and repair is essential. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler or in a similar role. - Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. - Familiarity with evaluating new technologies and integrating them into existing processes.
