A company is looking for a Sr Lead Developer - Backend (Java Springboot).
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the architecture for microservices, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Lead teams in designing and deploying microservices, adhering to coding standards and security practices
Oversee performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure high availability and resilience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in microservices architecture and domain-driven design (DDD)
Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker)
Expertise in observability and performance tuning for large-scale applications
Solid background in relational and NoSQL databases with an emphasis on data modeling
