About the RoleOur client is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills, experience in regulated environments, and a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and risks.The Project Manager will partner closely with business, technology, compliance, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and business objectives.This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and deliver multiple medium-sized projects or workstreams within larger programsDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success metricsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logsCoordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, legal, compliance, and vendorsFacilitate project meetings, status updates, steering committees, and executive reportingIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessaryEnsure adherence to financial services regulatory, compliance, and governance standardsManage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvalsTrack project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services (banking, fintech, insurance, asset management, or payments)Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project lifecyclesStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid)Experience working in regulated or risk-sensitive environmentsProficiency with project management tools (e.g.MS Project, Smartsheet)Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsProject Management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certification)Experience with regulatory, compliance, or technology-driven initiativesFamiliarity with financial products, systems, or operational processesExperience managing vendor relationships or third-party dependenciesKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and deadlinesComfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHigh attention to detail with a proactive, results-driven mindsetCollaborative team player with the ability to influence without authority
