You’ll play a key role in shaping our cutting-edge CRM platform, integrating advanced workflows that bridge our sales and operations teams and create a seamless experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize web-based tools and features, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM and sales platforms.Design and implement complex sales workflows and automations within our CRM, supporting efficient, automated interactions across departments.Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to design CRM functionality that enhances productivity and provides a top-tier client experience.Manage and troubleshoot CRM integrations, ensuring data consistency and streamlined functionality across platforms.Support UI/UX improvements for an optimized, intuitive experience for our team and clients.Website development and optimization.
