Web Accessibility Analyst

We are currently seeking a Web Accessibility Analyst. Candidates must be located within 90 miles of Lansing, MI. The work schedule is hybrid with two days onsite and three days remote.Overview:Our client's team is seeking to hire a Web Accessibility Analyst to conduct reviews for adherence with the Digital Standards for Websites and Applications, which include standards for branding and digital accessibility. The contract has potential to extend beyond 2 years based upon needs.Job Responsibilities:Conduct reviews of websites and applications and documents for adherence with the Digital Standards for Websites and ApplicationsTest for digital accessibility using manual and automated tools including screen reader and other assistive technologyReview for adherence with additional standards including brandingPerform testing on desktop and mobile devicesThoroughly document review resultsProvide results to application support teams and stakeholders and meet with teams to explain resultsWork closely with team members to ensure processes are followed and optimizedOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:1+ years of testing applications for digital accessibility1 year working with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)Advanced knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AAAdvanced skills using assistive technologies like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBackPreferred Qualifications3+ years of testing applications for digital accessibilityCertification related to WCAGPrevious government experience
