The team is now looking for senior engineering leadership to help drive the next phase of product development, manufacturing scale-up, and global growth.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on leadership role owning the company’s hardware engineering function across high-density compute systems, thermal architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, validation, and production readiness.You will lead the development of next-generation compute platforms from prototype through manufacturing while building and scaling a multidisciplinary engineering team. The role combines deep technical ownership with strategic leadership and close collaboration across software, operations, and commercial teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the hardware product roadmap across multiple compute platformsLead thermal, electrical, and mechanical engineering strategyDrive hardware products from design through validation and productionOversee prototype testing, qualification, reliability, and performance optimizationBuild and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering teamSupport manufacturing scale-up, supplier management, and production readinessPartner closely with software engineering on hardware-software integrationRepresent the hardware function with customers, partners, and leadership stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For10+ years in hardware engineering with leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teamsStrong background in high-performance compute, datacenter hardware, GPU infrastructure, liquid cooling, or ruggedized systemsExperience taking hardware products from concept through productionDeep understanding of thermal management and high-power compute systemsComfortable operating in a player-coach environmentStrong communication and leadership skillsNice to HaveExperience with CFD simulation toolsBackground in HPC, defence, aerospace, or industrial systemsFamiliarity with NVIDIA and/or AMD datacenter hardware
