Here, you'll be an integral part of our residents' daily lives, helping them maintain their vitality and independence.As an LPN, you'll work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Position Highlights*Collect, report, and document patient data, observe and report changes in condition to the RN.*Contribute to individualized patient care plans, including establishing goals and developing interventions.*Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.*Communicate pertinent patient data to the RN and/or physician.*Monitor and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring job duties are performed according to policies and procedures.*Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) for documentation and maintain accurate drug counts. Qualifications: *Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.*Current Licensed Practical Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing in the center’s state is required. * Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients to respond to their medical and physical needs. * Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy. *Maintain current BLS/CPR certification (as required by State).
