Senior Lease & Contracts Analyst | Energy / Oil & Gas OrganizationWe’re looking for a Senior Lease & Contracts Analyst to support the effective administration and control of lease records for producing and non‑producing properties. If you have strong experience in land administration, lease analysis, and contract interpretation, this is a great opportunity to play a key role in operations, acquisitions, and divestitures.What You’ll Do:Analyse and input lease data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistencyPrepare full and partial releases, assignments, and Exhibit As for producing propertiesSupport monthly lease calendars and assist Land Operations as neededConduct lease and unit reviews for shut‑in wells and process related paymentsTrack contractual obligations tied to lease acquisitions, trades, and divestituresSupport special projects, including acquisitions and divestituresInterpret leases and contracts, resolving technical, data, and process‑related issuesPrepare agreement exhibits, lease/acreage reports, and partner offering updatesServe as a point of contact for landowners and stakeholders, resolving land administration issuesIdentify process improvement opportunities and suggest alternative solutionsWhat You Bring:6+ years of relevant lease, land, or contracts experience with a Bachelor’s degreeStrong knowledge of land terminology, lease concepts, and contract interpretationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Quorum Land System and/or SAP is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven, fast‑paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsExperience handling confidential and proprietary informationNew Mexico lease and contracts experience is a plus📍 Location: Houston, TX (United States)💵 Pay: $66 – $70/hour.If you have an interest in Senior Lease & Contracts Analyst, please apply now!
