Executive Assistant
Our client, a dedicated nonprofit based in Boston, MA, is seeking an organized and proactive contract-to-hire Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. Compensation:$30-35/h+ DOE during contract period (potential salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 annually for perm) These salary numbers are not guaranteed, and take into account experience level, qualifications, and internal equity potential offer may be outside of this rangeResponsibilities:Facilitate seamless communication and coordination by managing calendars, identifying conflicts, and preparing meeting materials. Assemble, refine, and organize documents and presentations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with branding standards. Assist leadership with various administrative tasks to support strategic initiatives and organizational projects. Collaborate with the administrative team to develop efficient systems that enhance operational effectiveness. Coordinate logistics and details for employee engagement events. Uphold strict confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative in all responsibilities. Requirements:3-5+ years of experience supporting executive-level leaders in a fast-growth setting. Demonstrated passion for the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Proven ability to take independent action, anticipate needs, and work proactively. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with excellent communication abilities. High proficiency with Google Suite and adaptability to new technologies and software. Skilled in creating and revising professional presentations and documents. Ability to collaborate effectively within a hybrid work environment while managing competing priorities under tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
