In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.Event Production ManagerDepartment: Events & EntertainmentDirect Supervisor: Sr. Manager, Event ProductionStatus: Full-timeSummary:The Event Production Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, managing and updating all in-venue creative content packages for the Miami Dolphins, as well as working with all stakeholders to create and maintain content packages for Precision Drive Club, Miami Open and the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. This role is jointly responsible for ensuring Hard Rock Stadium and related entities are on the forefront of venue based creative design & broadcast functionality.Location:This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.Responsibilities:Act as assistant producer of in-game and second screen productionManage the content creation & load-in for the ROSS Xpression & Tessera systemsVerify, load and test all videoboard content for eventsSupport gameday operations by assisting staff with content troubleshooting and issue resolution in the control roomUpdate creative content packages as needed prior to and throughout live productionsCoordinate and manage all sponsor obligated content throughout the campusProvide direction and management of creative content assets to ensure all files meet brand standardsCollaborate closely with Broadcast Operations and I.T. on production setup throughout eventsAssist the primary producer when needed with scripting the run of show and coordinating assets Serve as the primary live production point of contact for third-party events at Hard Rock StadiumProduce select special events broadcasts as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, PR, Graphic Design or substantial experience in creative content and/or the ROSS Xpression & Tessera systems2+ years' experience in a control room environment (preferably sports or related entity)Collaborative, innovative, passionate, results-oriented person Ability to prioritize, mediate and cope with rapid change and be comfortable with problem-solving while maintaining calm under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDesire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic companyKnowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)Featured Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance (including voluntary coverage for spouses and children)Long term disability insuranceTicket benefits for events including Miami Dolphins games, the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, and the Miami OpenEmployee gym, subsidized lunch program, and discounts on a variety of products and services401k, Paid time off (PTO), and company holidaysThe Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium and South Florida Motorsports are proud to be Drug-Free Workplaces.
