Horizon Bradco, part of the Smart Care family of service companies, is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. We provide supermarket equipment services from New England to Key West and are looking for our next great team member in your area.
Job Summary: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing supermarket equipment, in the bakery, Deli, Seafood, and Meat departments. You will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a strong electromechanical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting preventative maintenance on equipment
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
Providing exceptional customer service to clients
Troubleshooting issues and developing solutions
Maintaining accurate records and submitting timely reports
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably in the supermarket equipment industry
Strong electromechanical background
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
