Role Description The Field Safety role is a part-time, on-site position based in Long Beach, CA. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing safety procedures, conducting safety training sessions, investigating workplace accidents, and ensuring compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential hazards, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining occupational health standards at the worksite. Collaboration with the broader team to promote a culture of safety will also be a primary focus. Qualifications Experience in Health & Safety management and Occupational Health practicesKnowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards and compliance requirementsAbility to conduct Safety Training sessions effectivelyExpertise in Accident Investigation and root cause analysisStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence safety practicesExperience in heavy industrial settings is a plusRelevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) are advantageousCommitment to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace environment
