Role Description This is a contract Software Developer role based in the Charlotte Metro area, with some work-from-home flexibility as part of a hybrid work arrangement. The Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain software applications, focusing on back-end web development and object-oriented programming. The role involves writing efficient code, debugging software, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring software quality and best practices are met. Qualifications Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals and principlesSkills in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and complex system designExperience with Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both onsite and remotelyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Familiarity with modern programming languages and best practicesExperience with arts or creative platforms is a plus
