Job Description
As a Sr. Business Process Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of supporting HHS ACF OCSE DFS. You will play a crucial role in ensuring systems meet the business needs of the stakeholders.
Support the program by analyzing, decomposing, and documenting business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders, federal staff, the OM&E team, and the other Functional and Operational Support for Federal Systems team members.
Drive alternatives analyses, white papers, pilots, and proof of concepts.
Utilize Jira, MS Office products, AI, business process diagramming, and other tools.
Required Skills:
HS Diploma and at least 3+ years of experience supporting Federal Child Support Systems.
At least 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
Experience creating User Stories and Business Requirements
Ability of obtain/maintain a Public Trust

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
