Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on customer service, food production, and staff training development. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining operational efficiency.
Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the business, including hotel operations, food service management, and bar operations.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance customer service skills and operational knowledge.
- Oversee kitchen management, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
- Monitor food production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel or food service settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Experience in training development and staff management.
- Knowledge of food production processes, kitchen management, and food handling regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
