(ASTI) is seeking a full time Flight Hardware Coordinator at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, AL. This job description below is intended to provide general operational guidelines and is not necessarily inclusive of all functional activities associated with the job. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Will coordinate and expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules or department supervisors' priorities. Reviews production schedules Coordinates with department supervisors to determine materials required or overdue and to locate materials and requisitions materials Establishes delivery sequences to departments according to job order priorities Anticipates availability of material Arrange in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules Coordinate with department supervisors for repair and assembly of material and its transportation to various departments Verify materials delivered to production departments Preform other duties as assigned SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree and 3 years’ experience or 5 years equivalent experience without a degree.
