While following department policy and procedures manual.Job ResponsibilitiesAssembling all types of pump equipment to customers, OEM and industry standard specificationsDisassembling equipment to gain access remove, clean and inspect componentsInspecting & recording component measurements using instruments, tools and gages and providing inspection reportInvestigating and determining root cause failureDetermining proper materials for repairs as per BOMContouring impellers and pump casings to meet hydraulic requirementsSetting and operating dynamic balancing equipmentPerforming final testing and inspectionsQualifications5+ years of Pump or Rotating Machinery repair experienceExtensive knowledge of and ability to use hand tools, precision measuring and testing equipment and machine shop equipmentAnalytical and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailAbility to work with limited supervisionAbility to travel to and work at customer sitesAbility to work overtime as requestedWhat we offer you12 Paid Holidays5 Paid Time Off (PTO) DaysMedical, dental, vision, life & disability401K with 6% company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Wellness ProgramSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
