With an elite team of plastic surgeons across the U.S. and a family of over 80,000 satisfied patients, we're on a mission to make beauty accessible to all.Mia Aesthetics provides on-the-job training, professional development opportunities, opportunities for advancement, benefit offerings, and more.Be a part of a team transforming lives and supporting dreams every day!RequirementsRNFA Duties & Responsibilities:Provides first-assist support during surgical procedures, including assistance with liposuction, suturing and wound closureCollaborates with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure safe, efficient patient carePerforms preoperative assessments, verifies patient/procedure/site, and prepares operating room and equipmentMaintains sterile technique and responds appropriately to intraoperative needs and emergent situationsMonitors patient condition throughout procedures and communicates any concerns promptly to the surgical teamAssists in coordinating perioperative care with PACU, Sterile Processing, and other departments to ensure continuity of careDocuments intraoperative care, patient status, and all relevant clinical information accurately and timelyEnsures compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection prevention policiesMaintains accountability for attendance, required certifications, and completion of ongoing training programsEducation And ExperienceCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in New YorkCNOR certification Completion of an accredited RNFA program (CRNFA certification a plus)Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skillsHolds and maintains an active BLS and ACLS certificationBilingual in English and Spanish preferredJoin us: https://miaaesthetics.com/careers/#miajobs #mia_talent
