As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a key role in maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces for our clients. If you have a passion for landscaping, enjoy working outdoors, and are committed to delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Assist the lawn/landscape team leader in performing lawn or landscape maintenance duties. The lawn team member will mow, trim, blow, edge, weed, perform spring & fall clean-up. The landscape team member will perform most all aspects of the landscape industry including installation, mulching, trimming, grading and hydroseeding.Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, snow blowers and, or plow trucksAddress clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refers clients to the Team Leader as appropriateAssist with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team LeaderPerform other duties as required Job Requirements:One year experience in this or a related field is preferredWillingness to work occasional (paid) overtimeMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with this positionHave reliable transportation to and from work Benefits:Heath insurance after one full year of employmentPaid holidays after one full year of employmentOne week (5 days) paid vacation after one full year of employmentEnd of year Bonus depending on job performanceEvaluation for raise after first 6 months of employment
