Todd is run by a small team that is committed to helping small scale, family owned organic farms grow nutritious food. We back some of the most important farms in the US.While Todd is primarily known for agriculture, what’s lesser known is our small but mighty software, marketing and analyst teams. We build platforms to help run Todd and support our clients.Working at Todd is a unique life experience—talking with clients and internally and shipping code rapidly—and also be surrounded and learning at the frontier of the new agriculture world.Please note this program does not provide monetary compensation (i.e. no pay).About The RoleWhile our internship team itself is very small (less then 15 people), the impact of our software for our clients and for Todd itself is quite massive. Some examples of the work you’d be involved with:Collaborate across departments and work on projects that address client needs and support Todd’s business objectives.Conduct research, assist with administrative tasks, and analyze industry trends to help drive business success.Build relationships with peers, mentors, and industry leaders, creating a strong professional network.And despite all of this, we still feel like we’re just getting started. We have a lot of great ideas on every front to improve how Todd operates and to bring tremendous value to our clients.Many of our software teammates have worked at or started startups themselves, while also having experience from bigger companies like Meta and Google. This tends to be a good balance to know how to ship quickly, but also make strong product and technical decisions that don’t leave us with dead ends. True to Todd advice, our product engineers talk to our clients regularly and ship fast. We also define our own roadmap and often design our own products when needed.Please note this program does not provide monetary compensation (i.e. no pay).Duration: 10 – 12 weeksBenefits: Todd has a profit-sharing program, which is comparable to equity in an early-stage startup (restriction apply, dependent on role and position).
