We’re scaling quickly and looking for engineers who are passionate about AI, data-driven personalization, and high-impact education technology.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Software Engineer with AI experience to help us expand our adaptive learning platform. You’ll work on projects that combine backend scalability, cloud-based AI integration, and front-end learning experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to shape how students prepare for exams.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices in Node.js/TypeScript and/or PythonIntegrate AI/ML models into real-time learning workflows (e.g., adaptive testing, student performance predictions)Collaborate with the product team to design features that personalize learning and improve outcomesContribute to front-end applications using React/Next.js or Vue.js for a seamless user experienceDeploy and monitor applications in AWS or GCP using CI/CD pipelinesEnsure system performance, reliability, and security in multi-tenant SaaS environmentsWrite robust unit/integration tests and uphold high code quality standardsQualifications3–6 years of software engineering experience (back-end and/or full-stack)Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript and familiarity with Python for AI/ML integrationExperience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and serverless architecturesHands-on work with databases (SQL: PostgreSQL/MySQL; NoSQL: DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis)Comfort working with React, Vue, or Next.js for front-end developmentExperience integrating AI/ML models into production systems (bonus if with NLP or educational data)Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.)Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork skillsBonus PointsPrior work in edtech or adaptive learning systemsExperience building multi-tenant SaaS platformsBackground in data science, NLP, or recommendation systemsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary & benefits packageOpportunity to earn stock options and share in the company’s growthRemote flexibility with relocation supportA mission-driven team committed to student success
